RE:Historical fact?

RE:Historical fact? The insider buying at a certain price is not the issue, it is WHY there is buying? I would say Smith kept the company afloat during very difficult cycles and did not take an overbloated salary or do massive devaluation of shareholders equity. In fact thanks to the ROF play share price spiked to $3.00 ( credit  where credit is due) . Current operators just can't get it up. I have my bias, for sure, we all do.  I do stand by my attitude  values and belief that it is not okay to villanize, demonize the guy who kept the company on the rails for a VERY long time and that needs putting right.

Current operators are basically running a private company but am sure you are aware of that.
