The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Does anyone actually know whats going on?

XRE higher in Jan, Feb, March of 2024. I guesss you can say "all that matters" is the 10yr US bond to reits. Which makes a very bearish case to own reits, might as well get creative trading bonds and eliminate company risk

Oh yeah, and with crude at $69 that is not very inflationary (used to be $80-85)
