Re the DOE funding news today, they are obviously involved with serious partners on the Hydrogen business. Sandia National Labratory is one of the top centres for energy research in the US and UCR is ranked as one of the top tier research universities.

I don't know when the date of record is for shareholders to get the Hydrogen spin off shares along with their JEV shares, but people selling now will not get them.
