I don't see it as a good news, in the previous NR they were saying that "The Company has progressed its development activities in Iraq and Libya and will update shareholders accordingly"

But now we have HOA (which is just an LOI) with a company and if that HOA goes to fruitition and get a signed contract then they'll look for something in Iraq which will take several months.

So is it the progression they were talking about in the previous NR ?
