Does loosing market share because they can't develop and reconfigure products to capture market share not tell you something?

Does pivoting to a declining alcohol beverage company for growth not indicate that although the potential could be there, that revenue growth in the sector has been gained by bringing on the revenue streams of others discarded breweries.  Prove that statement wrong by showing us how much revenue was in-house growth in the last quarter. I'm sure Tilray has put that in a press release. 

When does the declining share price indicate that the market does not have the confidence in leadership that made bold predictions of changes in Excise tax, or 4 Billion in revenue, or we are focusing on larger margin products.......

At what point does the light go on. You can always buy lower. Don't fight the tape.
