I think the ANSWER IS NO.   

So what's being "loaned" out and "removed from that number"?      The shares that Printed.  

Share Available.....=====>  # shares "printed" ======> Shares available to loan out =====> Shares shorted/given out ====>  reduce # of shares printed   (not shares available in customer accounts).  

All just my opinion/view/thinking.... the only answer that makes sense since shares are not removed from account.
