Read the news releases put out by K2 and Muddy Waters. They were not very happy with the current 44M fnc durector and shareholder. Sure there was a hell of a lot of money made but it was a fraction of what could have been made.

Problem here as I see it, is the fnc storefront is all glittered up but when you go around the backside of it, well, maybe not quite as accurate a representation? No mention of Auxico? Any comment there on trading halted for close to a year with a connected board member !! ??
