RE:RE:RE:RE:At what price pointYou have to realize that the market is made up of vastly different investors and traders. Just because you trade in a certain way with a certain budget over some sort of investment period DOES NOT mean everyone else is doing the same.

For insiders, they do not tend to trade frequently and their investment periods are often very long.  You can go read over insider trading reports for whatever company you like to see what I mean.

For TLRY there has been inside buying just recently but you're not going to know it unless you look it up.

If you want the CEO to start buying a bunch of shares you can write into their Investor Relations group and ask that he does this. No guarantee he will but I've seen stranger things work, besides it free to ask.
