Your rant shows your ignorance on how the free markets works.
In our Just In Time economy,supply and demand are balanced.
Why would Baxter build another factory and oversupply the market for IVs, tanking their margins?
Unless given some incentive from the government.

It's so easy for whiners like you to complain about this and that. Have you ever been incharge of a business in your life? If it was so easy, how about you do it buddy?
