Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

What about Artis; i.e. the board we're on right now?

I'm trying to get a sense of its attractiveness at the current level relative to other names.

Also, did Artis cut its distribution at some point? I'm trying to determine whether the $.05/month yield is safe or risks a potential cut in the future.

Dream Industrial under $13 always looks like a buy with a predcitable trading range

Other reits including ARTIS did not pullback enough, and not going bigger in office.
