The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

I still am overweight artis hence the reason I did not rebuy it with a shallow correction. some reits like HR, and DIR and NWH have lost 15-20% and artis is holding up stronger.

I think artis is ok at these levels if you believe the payout ratio and dividend is safe
