the HAVE to run another Phase II first... one that has been statistically powered to confirm efficacy... that is after the trial starts..

Why aren't they beginning, ONCY have had 4+ months since the end of Phase II Bracelet to get started... but the rub is how can you run a trial when you have no money...

if no partners step up by March... just explain HOW ONCY will raise 80million to fund this..??? 

LOL... accelerated is MORE than 2 years away... even IF they start
