I still say his previous comments stand. SU and CNQ are stealing the large cap show and CVE lacks interest. The fact that they hit their debt target and are now giving me 100% of their FCF back to me in the form of buybacks is good enough for me.

I'll patiently wait as shares get purchased and vaporized weekly "on sale" improving the EPS quarter over quarter... Once the dividend is inevitably raised enough to be competitive with their peers the SP will rise. Heck it will rise when EN jumps back in.

Patients is a good strategy often forgotten.
