RE:New Press release

RE:New Press release
Sorry that I misstated the size of Mitsubishi holding in the JV. It is currently 7% and hopefully everyone here knows they have option to go to 25% (NOT 50% as I stated in error). No way to correct a Stockhouse message.  That 25% is very important because it will be valued on the resource data and projections from the DFS - and not valued by the terribly depressed share price. Mitsubishi is also committed to helping with overall financing of the project. They will get 25% of output of the mine and chemical plant, but the other 75% is still available to FL for sale at market or for other deals which are likely for at least some part of that.  To my knowledge Mitsubishi is still strong and committed partner in push to produce spodumene concentrate by beginning of 2027 and chemical grade lithium hydroxide by 2H 2029.
