RE:RE:Large Block

RE:RE:Large BlockMy thinking on this has evolved. These questions have been in my mind.
1. How did Fax Capital accumulate such a large position on such a thinly traded stock?
2. Were they helping protect RX from a takeover while they built?
3. The NCIB helps the stock price and utilizes cash that has a low ROE when it sits idle.
4. The NCIB supplies the RSU's.
5. If employees like RSU's at today's prices, they obviously believe it will be higher (much) when they vest.
6. They should raise the dividend, but maybe they are waiting? For what?
7. As you mentioned yesterday, this stock could easily be in the $16 range. 20X PE on .80c EPS.
8. If the stock was $16, I would split it 3 for 1 and raise the dividend simultaneously.
9. This would ensure the shares stay above $5 and create liquidity for intitutions.
I don't know anything, I made all of this up.
