You always ask good questions. What I have learned, researched, investigated, calculated, etc.

1. The price tag is in the vicinity of 120B. Obviously no party will give you the exact amount. I remember being elegantly but literally thrown out of a meeting with SNC from their main boardroom (looked like the UN executive council room) when they were bidding on highway 25 amd I was advising Profac (their O&M unit then). They said i talked to the media too often and that I was a risk to leak info. But 120B is a reliable assumption that is not uncertain.

2. The bids are for high frequency with speed reaching up to 200 km/h not more.

3. My calculations showed it needs a 65-70% in subsidies at a minimum. The feds are ready.
