The Company's downstream operations include upgrading and refining operations in Canada and the United States, and commercial fuel operations across Canada.

- WHY 'would' your TECHNICAL SUPPORT LEVEL BE CORRECT NOW @ ~ $ 20 per share when this SHARE PRICE was the ABSOLUTE SUPPORT LEVEL in the PAST 2 YEARS & the company is MUCH STRONGER NOW ?

* BOTH FINANCIALLLY & OPERATIONS WISE with 150,000 bbls/d of BOP/COP in the GROWTH STREAM and 20,000 - 30,000 bbls/d coming ON in the next 7 months
