$100,000,000.00 needed in a matter of weeks....

$100,000,000.00 needed in a matter of weeks...."Could" come from "debt" "asset sales" and "equity".....Which "asset" could they sell and to whom? Without a mill NO ONE is going to buy any of the projects. Barrick and Newmont can't even make money at $2700 gold and don't do little add on mines. They either sell the whole thing or nothing as NO ONE is going to want some orphan hole in the ground.

Debt?  NO ONE is going to loan them money except at distressed borrower rates. Onerous rates. Which cannot be serviced for years. It's just like maxing out one high interest credit card to pay off another...GL with this

NO ONE is going to do any royalty or streaming deals with a potential "going concern" years away from any possible meaningful production

That leaves you, the BAGHOLDERS to get stiffed yet again

Why in gods name would anyone stick around this dumpster fire is beyond me.
