Black Swan Graphene Inc V.SWAN

Alternate Symbol(s):  BSWGF

Black Swan Graphene Inc. is focused on the large-scale production and commercialization of patented high-performance and low-cost graphene products aimed at several industrial sectors, including concrete, polymers, Li-ion batteries, and others, which are expected to require large volumes of graphene. Its GraphCore 01 is a family of graphene nanoplatelets (GNP) designed for dispersion in a wide range of applications. Its products include GC1001 Dispersion and GC1004 Powder. Graphene-enhanced polymers using GraphCore 01 GNP deliver benefits, such as improved barrier properties, chemical resistance, UV resistance, thermal properties, and overall process improvement. The Company is focused on a range of markets, such as concrete, plastics (polymers), and tires and other rubber applications. It allows a fully integrated supply chain and provides a turnkey solution for the construction and concrete industries. Its graphene processing technology is developed by Thomas Swan & Co. Ltd.

RE:RE:Black Swan in the news

RE:RE:Black Swan in the newsDoes NanoXplore currently supply graphene to customers?
Yes NanoXplore certainly does; now tell me at what price NanoXplore sells it's graphene for to each and every one of NanoXplore's customers?
I know you can't give me a straight forward and acurate price type answer Lire1.

You stated "
Lot Of talk, but as yet still doesn't seem to have financing for a commercially viable, large scale production plant"

That is correct Lire1. There is lots of talk about the potential of Thomas Swan & Co., Ltd principals and Black Swan Graphene together, along with many solid globally recognized partners and SWAN.V stakeholders, going about their business with a focus on ultimately not just dethroning the world's largest capacity process manufacturer of graphene powder, which we both know is presently NanoXplore Inc.

You are correct yet again, i.e. Black Swan Graphene does not as yet have in it's possession the required roughly $42.8 Million in capital with which to go about building and comissioning the company proposed 10,000tpa capacity Black Swan Graphene process manufacturing and graphene enhanced products manufacturing facilities.
However, just as NanoXplore officers and directors ensured to have had NanoXplore long ago embark upon successfully achieving the main objectives outlined in NanoXplore's first real five year strategic business development investment plan, I full well expect that representatives and supporting stakeholders of Black Swan Graphene would be successful at undertaking and successfully completing the company's five year strategic business development investment plan objectives.
At the moment, the primary objectives are to lock down potential customers by way of doing precisely what NanoXplore representatives previously sought to do and did do successfully, i.e. to have qualified and necessarily fully certified several clearly indicated applications for SWAN's graphene nanoplatelets powder products, as in part comprising co-developed graphene enhanced products of many sorts.
As you know, I suspect, SWAN has in fact signed plenty of "commercial agreements" with purchasers and distributors of both the company's graphene nanoplatelets powder product and the company's Black Swan Graphene enhanced certified products.
My friend, because Thomas Swan & Co., Ltd representatives have been diligently hard at work, especially most recently for well upward of 10 years on developing, qualifying and certifying for mass industrial scale manufacturing and supply certain graphene enhanced products in collaboration with would be customers and likely potential majority equity investors going forward; I'd expect it won't be all that long before Thomas Swan & Co., Ltd principals and/or Black Swan Graphene principals and invested stakeholders lock down a certain "bonafide and bankable" and therefore entirely "leverageable" offtake purchase agreement with a certain globally recognized chemicals company.
More specifically, you would recall that SWAN principals have been collaborating with a certain as yet not named
globally recognized chemicals company (could be Linde), doing so in order to enhance such a company's proprietary polymer matrix materials with Black Swan Graphene and to have qualified and duly certified various co-developed graphene enhanced product with the as yet not named globally recognized chemicals company.

Additionally, it's obvious that Black Swan Graphene representatives would be anywhere from perhaps 11 months to to 19 months away from being in the position to lock down the requisite financing of capital, finding the property location and commencing the bulding of, commissioning of and ramping up to full scale production capacity the company's initial production modules hosting facilities, as would be located within Quebec Canada or perhaps even Ontario, Canada.

What's more, perhaps unlike NanoXplore, it's more than possible that Thomas Swan & Co., Ltd and Black Swan Graphene stakeholders and partners could want to immediately expedite thereby fast tracking into existence an initial 5,000tpa capacity Black Swan Graphene manufacturing and graphene enhanced products manufacturing facility into being, doing so specifically for a long approved U.S. Military contracts securing customer (pick a certain military contractor you know of perhaps) and it's preferred subcontractor and co-development partner named Graphene Composites.
It's best to recall the preceding comments within a certain context.
To that end, I will remind you that Graphene Composites personnel and principals have in fact certified Black Swan Graphene graphene nanoplatelets powder product for use in Graphene Composite's manufacturing of said company's proprietary "GC Shields", a proprietary product, which is in part comprised of Black Swan Graphene enhanced aerogel composite lightweight ballistic protective material.

The following is a quote which can be found at Graphene Composites website, within said company's press release as well as within Black Swan Graphene's press release.

"GC is currently extending the GC Shields technology using Black Swan’s graphene to other applications, where the strength, resilience and lightweight of the composite can provide significant protection, including vehicle armour with certified STANAG Level-1 tests."

Here's another bit of information you should follow-up on, in regards to what Graphene Composites has on the go.
FWI:
I am trying to take 50% of my position with NanoXplore off the table, placing 25% in cash for tax planning purposes and the other 25% of that reduced by 50% NanoXplore position invested with Black Swan Graphene.
