We need more jobs, especially in high tech where the starting salaries are better.
In 1985 the starting wage with benefits I saw was $18 At least the line workers lived a good life.
Tough to get a job too. Nobody wouold leave.
Now Mr. Ford. Think of all the benefits of a company having the same employees decade after decade. Imagine how good the employees became at there jobs. Andrew also getting better,
here we have elon with all the money in the world and his line workers cant afford rent.
You want trump in power.
Laughable
What you get is complacence after all those years roll in unions and you get a workforce that doesn't care about efficiency. The American auto industry is a terrible example of how a business. The system is about entitlement for workers and multiple financial failures which require taxpayers to save companies frommassive layoffs due to pizzz poor management decisions. Take a look at Stellantis. Poor management can reading the market entirely wrong. The problem has never been the wage but has always been the inflation created by loose monetary policy and asset bubbles which are intentionally created. You don't own a business and talking about puppets like they actually make policy is laughable. Politics and professional wrestling are both theatre for the masses. You have the illusion of choice and you remain divided by design. Literally you need to get smarter as you are almost 60 and you still have no idea how the world works. Do you think there is any difference between Biden or Trump? Pierre or Trudeau? Good cop and bad cop or do they all work for the same entity? The worlds a business and its run with debt and the people who control the money have all the control. It not run by the people collecting paychecks.
