We lost the POSCO contract. Or did we? https://feeds.issuerdirect.com/news-release.html?newsid=5044413243256408
Something very fishy is going on here. I notice this press release from ReElement stating that they have a MOU to handle Posco's $900 million magnet contract with US automakers, providing them the REOs (including HREOs) needed.
Yet I don't see this press release appearing on Posco International's website. Nor do I see it appearing on the Korean Economic Daily, which covers all of Posco's dealings.
And it furthermore doesn't make any sense. ReElement is a prospective REE recycler at best, without any substantiated proof that it can even extract REE's from coal mine tailings. And this company purports to being able to refine ore from a HREE mine to a HREO level above 99.5% purity?
I don't see where ReElement has set up a demonstration plant, only a miniscule "pilot plant". I don't see where ReElement has run 1000s of runtime hours and processed tons of REE through its process.
So here are some questions for special investigators Pip and Dragon to consider:
1)Why hasn't the stock price for American Resources Corporation (NASDAQ: AREC), which owns REElement, responded?
2)Why hasn't Posco announced its US magnet facility location?
3)Why are no major media sources covering this?
4)Who will be the mining ore offtake partner?
5)Where is the seaport in landlocked Indiana (where ReElement's facility is located) to allow for international ore shipments from Australia, South America, and elsewhere?
Something fishy is going on here. And I stand by my hope that Ucore gets this contract. Most of the contract, if not all of it.
:)
P.S. We are due for a press release soon: a BIG press release. I can feel it.
Happy Thanksgiving Y'all!!!
