RE:Action this weekim not surprised. i was invested in eres this year with a huge position. capreit's ceo said he was going to sell the company at nav, insiders added, and it still didn't get a bid until the news materialized. up something like ~60% of that now! people will believe things when it breaks the news. this space is under a bear market that reminds me of canadian oil and gas in 2020...mpct makes it tougher because people look at the chart and they think they are going bankrupt when you accompany the unitprice trading action to recent headlines about bankruptcies of condo developers....
