About the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority

The WRHA serves a population of more than 750,000 people. Not a small number of people and no,  I don't live there.

Second , what's the matter with making one smart decision , like buying in and holding? Are people so smart they can make multiple correct decisions on a stock ; that's beyond me.
