My guesses:
1) amk will trade post yes vote no ifs ands or buts.  question is what will they say about the $210 million in the NR announcing the YES vote?  Probably that it is underway,

Facts:
Either party has a right to walk away after Dec 31 if conditions of deal are not satisified.  But remember, financing is NOT a condition of the deal........as it usually would be.  Could argue no set time period for payment.  More likely scenario, AMK will let this drag on even longer................they dont want to see a 10 cent share price..................
