The Tsetsaut Skii km Lax Ha Nation has been actively involved in legal actions regarding the KSM gold-copper project by Seabridge Gold in British Columbia. The Nation has filed for a judicial review of the province's decision to issue a "substantial start determination" for the project, arguing that they were not meaningfully consulted and that the project's tailings waste will be located in their territory2.

Additionally, Tudor Gold has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Tsetsaut Skii km Lax Ha Nation for their project in the Treaty Creek area, British Columbia. This agreement aims to ensure that the Nation's concerns are addressed and that they are involved in the project's development3.
