You are living in dreamland.
The oil has been flowing through the new pipe to Vancouver for a while already, and it isn't all for "new" customers. A lot of it still goes to California.
The Canuck Buck may not slide as you hope, as Trump wants to crater the US$.
And Keystone XL will not happen for a decade, if ever.
So quit posting nonsense.
