RE:RE:BTEIt was a sad day when Ed LaFehr stepped down, I got a feeling that the board wanted to go a different direction. They wanted to expand (that's why they picked Greager), and people were impatient with wanting more dividends (that crowd is still vocal online).
History will tell but there's a reason why Ed saved the company when he took over from Bowzer that was crippled from the Aurora acquisition and we are hurting again from Ranger (albeit not as bad of a deal, but it's been a slow recovery).
