RE:Just watching from the sidelines Bud,
I think they initially go for an extension while they talk up how close they are................then they will move toward the "will you take magic beans at a discount" approach!
BTW, GEM is not "lending". THey entered into a token subscriptioin agreement. Theyll buy tokens at a discount from time to time which will be tied to NGTG volume. Its tied to trade volume cuz GEM then sells the discounted tokens in the market.......so theyll only buy up to a a certain % of daily volume on any given day.
It would take 7.6 yeas to raise $210 million at current daily volume AND for ALL the selling to be from new NGTG tokens...............................its just plain silly........typical pink sheet rumping and flumping???

Or will there be a lengthy extension until they sell enough coins to pay the 200 million? Why would Gem lend 200 usd to Cunningham when they could of just bought Tud themselves and had full control? Don't get me wrong I am a big supporter of the Amigos and want to see Amk shareholders cash out but after tracking the Nugget Crypto sales and being fairly well positioned in crypto something seams Off.
