They just about rolled over and as a rule of thumb you do not throw good money at bad money.
There was a really good case to avoid Poet like the pest. I did not dump my shears because they were near worthless. So, taking a flyer on the scraps of Poet was the sensible thing to do.
I guess it was a sure thing to the insiders. Another barely legal case. Enforced by managements barely legal request to the repricing of their options.
A Repricing that looks less legal with every dollar Poet jumps. FYI.
