AFFORDABLE CONCRETE HOMES It's what BC and entire Canada needs.
Home developers who buy large blocks of land to build out 500 - 1500 homes
and who could shave $500 thousand off the price of a new home or existing
will reset the value of current home prices.
Fluctuation loan rates or more drastic measures of recession whereby home owner
suffer increadible loss on home values needs to change.
Newly built lower priced homes allows for a gradual change in blended pricing
which affords time itself to correct bloated housing prices.
Concrete built homes
could provide the path to curbing home inflation.
Just one stumbling block...
Creating a supercrete that resists mold.
Where do i believe current industry practices fail ?
= not sterilizing the sands !!!!!
= simple sterilization pre making concrete batch = would solve much of the concerns.
Calcium Lime is highly alkai
Majority of mold orgsnisms cannot live in an alkai environmrnt
What's going on with cements and concrete ?
= unsterilized sand and rock
Sterilize then sealing = would make an incredible dufference.
Additives ?
Silver is great at resusting bacteria / molds
= too expensive
Copper would be ideal....
far less expensive adding fine copper oxide.
Polymere yet another great product to reinforce and.... inhibit molds.
But only polypropelene adheres with cements.
If you haven't yet...
watched this video i encourage you to watch it.
It's using standard concrete ( not aircrete )
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VEnBnk7HhI8 Imagine BC Adopting Concrete Homes ? BC needs new industries. It would compliment lumber industry --------> take presure off cutting too many trees.
Keep in mind ------> Driftwood falls under Industrial Minerals
Has an extra 2 km strike ( bonus resources )
Also contains Dolomite ( 50/50 % Mg, Ca )
If Driftwoods magnesite " could " be chemically reacted to produce
Mg hydroxide with byproduct of Calcium carbonate without any CO2
= 2 profitable end products.
Limestone and lime are the principal calcium carbonate derivatives used in the concrete industry. Calcium carbonate helps accelerate the cure rate of concrete and increases the concrete's slump rate. Slump rate is the consistency of concrete before it sets.Mar 8, 2022 CaCO3 ^ ^ calcium carbonate also assists with slup rate.
What's CO3 made of ?
1 - C carbon
3 - O2 ( three oxygen ) lol --------> concrete is already a type of -------> aircrete
Ideas....
Good Ideas.
