when you only have approx 38 million shares oustanding is a blizzard of dilution. A blizzarf. 22% dilutive!!!!
It's torpedoeing shareholder value, that's what it is. AFTER a webinaire to promote the company yet.
This is the kind of move usaully reserved for mining companies.
