Even if they had orders they would need to raise cash for working capital for materials, labor accounts receivables. Big one inventory.
You think no sales is a problem?
The real problems only show up after receiving orders.

Expansion? this was offering solely for "other corporate purposes", which is basically another payroll runway extension for our elite mgmt team.
