Autos exempt from tariffs?

Autos exempt from tariffs?

As Linda said many times, how could you taxe parts that go back and forth the border 5-6 times.

But you never know with Trump. I don't get how 10% coule even go through? LNR would pass it to US clients or stop production. With 5% net profits on sales, you don't absorb an insane Trump tax!! Total bluff

Derek Holt, Scotiabank vice president and head of capital markets economics:

He added that he expects energy and autos would be “prime candidates” for carve outs so as not to directly pass costs onto US consumers.
