This segment includes its wholesale business, which buys and sells local telephone, long-distance, data, and other services from or to resellers and other carriers.

So you are not foreseeing the tariffs impacting the acquisition. This is because the the acquired company is essentially just staying in the US and will be like a subsidiary located in the US already?
