Come on, man. WTO rules supercede NAFTA/USMCA....or at least they are supposed to unless you're american...the US adheres to WTO rules (that it largely created) WHEN IT SUITS THEM. They will and have always found some excuse to reneg on treaties....got it now?? NOW with Trump that trait is on steroids....all bets are off....the WORLD is now just the backdrop for TV reality show.
