The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. I honestly can't believe the fact.

I honestly can't believe the fact.That my levered REIT porfolio should be 10% higher which translates to a over a hundred K richer if the sector just performed somewhat similar to VNQ AND XUT utilties etf over past 2 monbths.  Its fine if it even underperformed by a couple %, but freaking 12%+....give me a break man

this is robbery at its finest by WALL STREET SHORTS

No REIT earnings demonstrated dividend is in jeopardy or deteriorating fundamentals through 2025, other than interest expense biting a bit into FFO/AFFO which I presume was already baked in with the 30%+ declines of prices past 2 years
