Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Sounds just a wee bit blasphemous doesn't it, gold being God's money? Perhaps just a little over dramatic not to mention disrespectful if you ask me. Also bare in mind there has been unusually high demand from central banks again which has aided in skewing your outperformance calculations. I will concur however that silver maintains a bid here and over the next while but not soley because of the disparity between the two. As for your closing remark, mindful of the Kool aid............ it's got a very bitter taste in the end.
