Tariffs on exported electricity?

Tariffs on exported electricity?Maybe too much speculation about that 25% tariff proposal. Negotiation tactic? Debateable.

Could affect nearly everything exported. Hydro Electricity. Quebec, Manitoba, BC and Ontario sell to the US.

I think "services" fall under the tariff proposal. Any travel agency in the US promoting Canada trips get tariffs applied to the travel, price. 

Trudeau is meeting with provincial premiers today.
