Hardly, insider control more like. Invested is a loose word AND at the expense of the regular Joe shareholder. Over 35% dilution to get that "investment" for control.

Out they go...in with bigger and better. We are not fooled here.

Keep buying by all means, it is not the assets that are the problem. They are enormously undervalued.
