Yes, it's the lowest it has been for a very long time however investors that review revenue trends, trends in EPS improvements and basic items like Price to Book Value / Price to Book Ratio may be inclined to see the shareprice as an opportunity to start a Long Position, to cover on Short Positions and to accept the shares from those who fail to consider the fundamentals or those incapable of research or patience.

Just my view, my only suggestion is to do your own Due Dilligence and ignore forum chatter.
