Tilray has operations in Canada and a large facility in Germany. They have multiple breweries in the US and international sales to 20+ countries.

How much cash on hand would you like to see vs how many sources of income ?

Net Revenue is hitting historical highs. You can always write into Tilray and request that they stop growing their business if that's seriously what you would prefer.
