Possible explanation....

Swiss based director with piggy full basket of goodies...98%
CEO, friend of above with 1.5% piggy basket.( different goodies)
New guy cfo, invitee of the above with 0.5% of piggy basket (no goodies, just fill) but gets the piggy basket.

Rest of team and shareholders 0% and definitely no piggy basket but the privilege of watching big $$$ dump go to friends of the piggy basket holders and welfare projects.
