- they will have to FIRE some SENIOR EXECUTIVES,
RE-ORGANIZE the company and BRING IN TOP OPERATING TALENT who have a KEEN SENSE of OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE WITHIN an EFFICIENT COST STRUCTURE

- right now, BCE is TOO BLOATED and they MUST DOWNSIZE to EXTRACT GREATER OPERATING MARGINS
