The property consists of about 45 contiguous claims.

Yes definately interesting....Be great though if it was a spin-off....But, at least they can create this subsidiary to own quite a bit of shares, at least over 50% , i like the news for sure....And reshuffling the deck is an excellent way to go.....feeling much better with my investment now....GLTA
