It holds a 100% interest in Brenbar, which consists of two mining leases covering 255 hectares contiguous and to the west of Ishkoday. It has a 100% interest in the Jubilee-Elmhirst, Beaurox and Twin Falls property. The Company also owns a 30% joint venture interest and Canadian Gold Miner Corp.

no chance roger would post on a forum at this stage in the process       this is down to brass tacks and the lme circle is appropriately closed at this crucial step    go read the post by fatlas again     he is right across the board       separate the agm from the transaction      the meeting is required but if it gets scheduled or occurs uscg would not care one bit     they want their slice of the deal and they get deals done
