His communication is extremely confusing.  All these explanations why we are not seeing more frequent project wins but the future is exciting.  Same exciting future message last year and the year before.  19 cent share price is far from an exciting future.

Sales lumpy, now dependent on customers' budgeting cycles and if you miss some timeline it could be a year or two to get a contract?  By that time so many things can change.  

I don't understand under these circumstances the idea that he is pushing that they don't need new clients.  When you have so many clients that do not sign even one turnkey project per year, yes, you do need new clients.  And lots of them so that the budgeting cycle is never part of your explanation why you can't sign even one heat recovery project per month.

Either poor communication or poor execution of a generic strategy.  Neither acceptable for the age and size of the company.  Starts with a board where you'd figure one of the four would be able to recognize that there are problems that need to be addressed.
