RE:RE:RE:Veren Inc. merger talks?and thats YOUR OPINION...go and play back Eric's comments on VRN's production shortfall and the resulting huge 20% sell-off in the shareprice ...Fact: Did i not state the reason (according to management) WHY these wells underperformed?? Fact: Did i not state that Eric's geologist reviewed the data and accepted their explanation (for now)??

Finally, pay attention to the last part of what Eric said future well drilling results are key ..point i was trying to make..if VRN management knows that the drilling blunder was only temporary, WHY WOULD THEY BE LOOKING TO MERGE after a 20% drop???THE ANSWER IS SIMPLE...no..not happening...that's it and thats all...dwdc
