Evil, and those prone to it, must be exposed to the light... Seems like you seek an echo chamber of semi-serious, pansyappled TMG sycophants. Don't worry about how I use my time. Companies that I invest in have competent management that are capable of generating growth, profit, and dividends. TMG has none of that - only Crossland's wallet grows while y'all hope, dream, and look at pictures. Crossland and his Board must go!

Evil? What evil? Are there , illegal acts like theft happening at the company?

If William Crossland were truly evil , why would he buy more shares in the company when he can easily benefit via options or other means?

Is it actually possible that this is an example of "The Peter Principle, a concept in management developed by Laurence J. Peter which observes that people in a hierarchy tend to rise to "a level of respective incompetence": employees are promoted based on their success in previous jobs until they reach a level at which they are no longer competent, as skills in one job do not necessarily translate to another."

You lost me when you used "evil" . He's just a guy, IMO , trying to do the best that he can at something that stretches and at times may surpass his abilities.

Exactly.  He needs to buy more shares to avert the price collapse that would happen if those
same shares were to be sold in the market.  This is a positive.
