This weekend I have compiled some tables for future reference.
To post those here was not an easy task because of format and whatnot.
We ear about precarious financials, balance sheet, negative working capital, insider selling,
bailing CEO, dilution, low bank balance, SP going to zero.
Yes, numbers are numbers but you have to look at them with context and perspective.
And then there is the human factor.
Photis Peter Pascali CEO,
Family man, newly wed, with at least 3 sons.
Grand Master of the Masonic Grand Lodge of Quebec in Montreal.
Multimillionaire with connections and the major shareholder of PYR.
In the spring 2021, he was worth more than $600 MILLIONS
If anybody think he and if family will settle for less than HALF A BILLIONS, well...
The first table, some company shares history.

Better do some more homework, or provide a reference for some of this. If you look at the list of the wealthiest people from Quebec, he's not on it, and 600 million, would put him on it.
Sounds like pure fabrication.
Also why would someone worth almost $1 billion be cashing out stock at $.60 for a couple grand.
the optics of it aren't great, and if he wouldn't need the money, that makes absolutely no sense.
Just ridiculous. Can't believe people buy this pump.
good to imagine there's some saviour that will make the company profitable, but remember this has been going on for a while, and not profitable. So the shareholders not getting any of this. It just keeps dropping, and unless they post a profit, it's gonna need more financing just to keep this thing afloat, or insiders by shares, and then they just sell them back to retail
that's how I see it, show me some proof
