PLAn And Some DD

on adding another grinder system for their other 3 lines bottleneck

Our team arrived at Hosokawa Micron Powder Systems in New Jersey today to test a state of the art grinding system for grinding diatomaceous earth, bentonite clay, zeolite, and soft rock phosphate.

We are delighted to be joined by one of our customers, Greg Moline, who we toll process soft rock phosphate into ultrafine powder which is used in agriculture all over the world.

Andrew Towsley and Sonny Virdee of our team are both Red Seal Millwrights and are acting like kids in a candy store seeing all the machines here.

This trip, we are joined by Fabian Ros of Industrial Projects Solutions. Fabian and his team are completing the engineering work to enable us to scale up our use of robotics and automation at Progressive Planet. Fabian is one of only a handful of people to ever graduate from MIT with not one, but two engineering degrees!

The new grinding system we are building will enable us to grind two minerals at once and will utilize automated filling of valve pack bags and robotic palletizing of the finished bags.
